Almost everybody around the globe is worried about their weight. Whether it's weight loss or weight gain or a toned body, everybody wants to be good-looking. Through the past few years, fast foods and fatty foods are making dollars around the world. These foods are not only making people fat but make them sick and inactive. Side by side, people are losing their money and gaining fats and diseases only.
Because of these problems, weight loss has become a huge purpose for some people when they are bullied or when their doctor told them to. Some people have a tendency to do workouts but some may get offended and stops doing it. Some may not get a good diet plan and hence not start to change themselves.
Here in this article, there are two basic and simple diet plans which can be followed by any person regardless of age and weight. You can lose weight and get a healthy body with fewer workouts. But just know that you have to do a few workouts side by side following a good diet plan. And your sleep time is very important. You should sleep by 10 or 11 pm. And wake up by 7 am at least. Now let's see the diet plans.
First Diet Plan
Morning drink
1 glass of hot water
Add half a lemon and mix it well.
Drink it before breakfast
You can also take green tea.
Or you can have tea of your own choice.
You can also take Morinaga powder with water.
Just know that a morning drink is very important. It will give you energy and a good refreshing start to your day. You will feel energized and fresh. Also, this drink should be right after you wake up. You should wake up before 7 o'clock.
Breakfast
After 15 minutes of morning drink, you can take your breakfast.
1-2 small size fruits
1 omelet
2 slices of brown bread
Breakfast should be before 8:30 am. Late breakfasts will not be acknowledged. You can do some easy and simple workouts after 2 hours of your breakfast.
After 1 hour of breakfast take 1 glass of milk.
It will give you energy and fullness.
Lunch
Lunch should be before 2 pm
1 small Wheat bread
1 bowl of vegetables
1 cup yogurt
Just know that lunch should be heavy so that you don't get hungry before dinner very easily. Because if you get hungry at dinner time, you would probably eat more at dinner time. At night time, you should eat less because you will sleep early.
Snack
The snack should be at 5 pm
Snack could include a drink of your choice
Dry fruits
And if you want to eat more you can take 1-2 fruits too.
Dinner
Dinner should be before 8 pm
1 bowl of salad
1 bowl vegetables
Or
1 bowl fruits
Dinner should be very light.
Night Drink
At night, you can simply take green tea.
You can also take 1 glass of hot water instead of green tea.
Cumin tea is also very good for weight loss.
Second Diet Plan
Morning drink
Turmeric tea
How to prepare turmeric tea?
Simply take 1 glass of water in a pan and start to boil it.
Add half tsp of turmeric in it.
Add 2-3 drops of lemon.
Mix it well and the drink is ready.
Breakfast
Apple banana smoothie
How to make it?
Take 1 apple in a blender.
Add 1 banana to it.
Add 2 dates and 1 pinch of cinnamon powder.
Add half a glass of water and blend it really well.
OR
Apple carrot smoothie
How to make it?
Take 1 small Apple and 1 medium size carrot in a blender.
Add 1 glass of water and 1 lemon juice.
You can add coconut water instead of water.
Add 3 dates and 1 tsp flax seeds.
Add 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder.
After breakfast, if you feel hungry you can take 1 glass of water and mix 1 tsp of basil seeds in it. Leave it for 20 minutes then drink it. It will give you a feeling of fullness.
Lunch
2 slices of brown bread
1 egg boiled slices sprinkled with salt and pepper
1 sliced apple
OR
1 small-size wheat bread
1 small bowl of cooked vegetables.
After 1 hour of lunch take 1 cup of green tea.
Snack
The snack should be before 5 pm.
You can take uncooked Carrots, cucumber, and beetroot.
3-4 dates
Dinner
Oats meal without sugar
How to make it?
Take 5-7 tsp of oats
Cook it in water
Add some milk (optional)
OR
3-4 chicken pieces roasted
How to make it?
Take 3-4 chicken pieces in a bowl.
Add 1 pinch of salt, 1 pinch of pepper, and turmeric.
Add 1-2 tsp of yogurt
Add 4-5 drops of lemon.
Marinate for 1 hour.
Cook it in the micro oven or simply oil a pan and cook on the pan.
Make sure not to use much oil.
