3) Haircare

Hair care is equally important as skincare. Hair got many issues if you do not take proper care like hair fall, dandruff, and many other issues. So it is very important to follow a hair care routine for shiny and glossy hair regardless of your hair type. Hair should look clean and shiny as it is part of your confidence. If you have dry and rough hair you would lack self-grooming. Here are some tips for your hair care.

You should follow a good hair care routine. Hair care routines should include daily and weekly hair care routines.

Apply Serum

You should apply a good hair serum daily at night. Serums will lock your hair moisture and protect them from overly drying and getting rough. You should also use heat-protecting serums before styling your hair. 

Oiling

You should oil your hair at least once per week. It will make blood flow to your scalp and make your hair shiny and glossy. 

Shampoo and Conditioner

You should use shampoo on your hair thrice a week. Choose a sulfate free shampoo to avoid your hair from drying. The best way to use shampoo is to take a normal quantity on your hands and mix water in it. Then apply it to your scalp and hair. You should include conditioner in your routine. Use a conditioner that suits your hair. Apply a small quantity on your hair but not on the scalp.

Apply Hair Mask

Hair masks help your hair to nourish and make it super soft and glossy. Use a good hair mask that suits you. You can also make hair masks in your home. Apply hair masks at least once a month.

Homemade Keratin Mask
Take 1 cup of yogurt
Add 1 tsp honey
1 tsp Aloe Vera gel
2 tsp mayonnaise
2 capsules of vitamin E
Mix all ingredients.
Apply to your hair and scalp and leave it on for 2 hours.
Shampoo and remove.

Hair Cut

You should trim your hair once a month to avoid split ends. Also, have a good cutting style according to your face shape that suits you. A good cutting style will increase your self-grooming and you will rock every look. But before cutting do find out your personality and likes and dislikes.

Hairstyles

You should make good hairstyles that suit you according to your event. If you are going to school or college, you should make some braids styles. And if you are going to a party or wedding you should prefer open hairstyles.

Less Chemical and Styling Products

Avoiding chemical products will be a great idea for your hair. Use natural ingredients instead. Try to minimize the use of straighteners and curlers on your hair as they can damage your hair.
